摘　　要： 从盲人数字图书馆项目管理的角度,对系统的建设和设计背景、功能需求以及技术架构等方面进行分析和论述,并对盲人数字图书馆的相关技术内容进行必要的整理和归纳。 The paper analyzes and discusses the construction, design background and functional requirements as well as technical architecture of digital library for the visual impaired from view of project management. And then it collates and sums up the related technologies of digital library for the visual impaired.
