摘 要: 目的:探讨就业自我效能感在社会支持与就业压力的关系中是否存在中介效应,为粤西地区高校毕业生解决就业压力问题提供支持。方法:使用社会支持量表、就业压力问卷和就业自我效能感问卷对粤西地区5所高校的340名毕业生进行问卷调查。结果:(1)就业压力与社会支持(r=-0.183,P<0.01)、就业自我效能感(r=-0.219,P<0.01)存在显著负相关,社会支持与就业自我效能感(r=0.457,P<0.01)存在显著正相关;(2)就业自我效能感在社会支持与就业压力的关系中起完全中介效应作用,中介效应占总效应的57.61%。结论:社会支持通过就业自我效能感降低就业压力。 Objective: To investigate the mediating role of employment self-efficacy among the relationship be- tween social support and employment stress and provide the support for solving the problem of employment stress of college graduates in western Guangdong.Methods:A total of 340 graduates from five colleges in western Guang- dong were randomly recruited to complete perceived social support scale, employment stress questionnaire and em- ployment self--efficacy questionnaire.Results: ①The employment stress was significantly negatively associated with social support(r =-0.183, P《0.01 ) and employment self-- efficacy( r =-0.219, P〈0.01 ), there was significantly pos- itive correlation between the Social support and the employment self--efficacy.②The effect of employment stress on social support was completely mediated by employment self-efficacy.Conclusion.-Social support reduces employ- ment pressure through employment self--efficacy.
