摘　　要： 新的社会环境使高校学生党员教育需求呈现出新的特点,他们的思想观念、现实需求、接受新事物的能力等都有了很大的变化,传统的党员教育已不能完全适应新时期新形势新任务的需要,这给党员教育工作提出了新的问题和挑战,不断精准教育内容,拓展教育手段,营造教育氛围,在党员教育工作的说服力感染力方面下功夫,着力于培养出更多政治过硬、质量优越的人才。 The new social environment has brought new characteristics to the educational needs of college students and party members. Their ideas, realistic needs and ability to accept new things have changed greatly. The traditional Party member education has not been able to fully meet the needs of the new situation and new tasks in the new period. This has raised new problems and challenges to the Party members’ education work, continuously precise education contents, expanded educational means, and created an educational atmosphere. In the persuasive appeal of Party members’ education work, efforts are made to cultivate more politically competent and superior talents.
