摘　　要： 党的十八大以来,习近平总书记对党的建设高度重视,发表了一系列重要讲话,提出了许多新思想、新论断、新要求。在新的形势下,高职院校基层党组织建设面临许多问题与挑战。我们通过打造党建工作的骨干队伍,搭建形式多样的活动平台,建立基层党建工作的长效机制,推动高职院校基层党组织建设。 Since the 18 th CPC National Congress, general secretary Xi Jin-ping attached great importance to the party's construction, published a series of important speeches, put forward many new ideas, new requirements. Under the new situation, the construction of grass roots Party organizations in higher vocational colleges are facing many problems and challenges.
