摘 要: 高职院校要重点把握育人的最后一公里——课堂教学环节,针对以往思想政治教育与专业教育两张皮等现象,以及课程思政内容选择面不广、教师思政素养欠强化、改革与建设的体制机制不健全等现实问题,基于协同理论,以“思政课程+课程思政”协同育人为方向,创新教师协同、课程协同、校企协同的全方位教学机制,将立德树人贯穿学校人才培养全过程,实现思政课程与课程思政同向同行,培养新时代社会主义接班人。 Classroom teaching is one of the important links in education for higher vocational colleges.The paper analyses the long-standing problem of the disconnection between ideological and political education and professional education,and the realistic problems of content deficiency,the lack of teachers'literacy,and the imperfect system and mechanism of reform and construction.Based on the theory of collaboration and the direction of collaborative education,the paper puts forward a comprehensive collaborative education mechanism including teachers,courses and school-enterprises in order to implement"Moral Education and Cultivate People",and to realize the mutual promotion of ideological and political edu⁃cation courses and curriculum ideological political education.
