摘　　要： 劳动力要素的流动性是产业转移的一个重要影响因素,广东省山区劳动力丰富,但是广东省的劳动力市场一体化程度高,劳动力市场的流动性大,使得珠三角城市的劳动力处于无限供给状态,这样就抵消了山区的劳动力成本优势,从而限制了产业的转移。 The fluidity of labor force essential factor is an important influence factor of industrial shift. Although there is plenty of labor force in mountainous area in Guangdong Province, because of high integration degree and frequent fluidity in Guangdong Province＇ s labor market, the labor force in the citios of Zhoujiang delta is under the condition at infinite supplies which has counterbalanced the cost superiority in the mountainous area, and also has limited the industrial shift.
