摘　　要： 按照国家知识产权局的部署,隶属于广东省的佛山、广州、东莞三个城市正在进行知识产权质押融资试点,取得了一定成效。文章主要对广东知识产权质押融资模式的主要内容和存在的主要问题进行剖析,并提出相应的完善对策。 According to the deployment of State Intellectual Property Office, experimental work is being carried out in three cities of Guangdong province, including Foshan, Guangzhou and Dongguan. Some success is achieved. The present thesis analyzes the main content and the existing problems of pledge and financing mode of intellectual property right in Guangdong, and puts forward some corresponding countermeasures.
