摘　　要： 根据澳门、内地现行法律制度 ,对两地商业银行法律制度中的基本内容 ,商业银行的立法、定义及业务范围、设立条件与程序。 According to the existing legal systems of Macao and the mainland of China, this paper offers a comparative study of such basic matters as the legislation, the definition, the scope of service, the establishment , the supervision and management of commercial banks.
