摘　　要： 文章分析了案例分析教学法在“民法”教学中的重要性,提出了“民法”教学案例库的研究与建设的迫切性、现实性和深远性,并具体地阐述了“民法”教学案例库的设计原则与思路、内容结构与功能。 There are three main points in this paper. The first is about importance of Case Method in the teaching of Civil Law. The second is about emergency, necessity and significance of the study and design on instructional cases bank of Civil Law. And the last is of the doctrine, content structure and function of instructional cases bank of Civil Law.
