摘　　要： 从明确教学目的、突出教学重点、改进教学方法三个方面就如何发挥高校法律基础课的思想教育功能阐述个人的观点和看法． How the basic law course plays its role in the ideological education in universities is elaborated from three aspects:firstly,to define the teaching purpose;secondly,to emphasize the focal point of teaching and the last,to improve teaching methods.
