摘　　要： 前景广阔的动漫产业在我国正遭受盗版侵权的严重困扰和侵害,这对动漫产业的发展非常不利。现实情况表明,我国动漫产业知识产权保护问题多,亟待理论界和实务界深入研究。我国动漫产业走出猖獗的盗版侵权和弱势的知识产权保护的困境之出路在于:完善立法、加强执法、增强动漫知识产权保护意识、动漫权利人掌握权利保护的基本形式和运用必要的防范措施。 The promising animation industry is undergone infringement of copyright, which is harmful to the development of animation industry. The facts show that the infringement of intellectual property against animation industry creates many problems as well as troubles. It is necessary to conduct a profound study in theory and practice.
