摘　　要： “三个代表”重要思想是在科学判断党的历史方位基础上提出来的 ,它的由来是对时代主题、国际形势、世界潮流、世界格局、中国现阶段政治经济关系、党自身发展变化状况等的正确分析和对党所处位置的科学判断。“三个代表”重要思想的关键在于坚持与时俱进 。 The important idea of “Three Represents” was put forward on the basis of scientific judgment of the Party’s historic position. Its source was the correct analyses of the theme of the times, international situation, world trends, patterning of the world, political and economic relationships of the current stage of China, the situation of change and development of the Party itself, and the scientific judgment of the Party’s position. The crux of the important idea of “Three Represents” to keep pace with the times, and the scientific judgment of the Party’s historic position is to maintain the mental outlook of keeping pace with the times.
