摘　　要： 协同创新是实现科技创新的重要途径,也是提升和维持创新主体竞争优势的有效战略。文章在分析协同创新内涵、特性的基础上,运用博弈相关理论,对协同创新主体的协同行为以及收益效果进行分析,归纳总结影响创新主体参与协同的关键因素,从而为协同创新有序、健康发展提供相应的对策建议。 Collaborative innovation is the important way to achieve scientific and technological innovation, but also the effective strategy for innovative organizations to improve and maintain competitive advantages. Based on the analysis of the connotation and characteristics of collaborative innovation, this article applies game theory to further analyze participation behaviors and incomes of innovative organiaztions, and summarizes the key factors that affect the operation of collabotaitve innovation, so as to put forward revelation to promote the development of collabotative innobation steadily.
