摘　　要： 从法律的角度探讨图书馆管理权权利取得的法律依据及读者使用图书资料权权利取得的法律依据。从读者不当行使图书资料权的现实问题出发 ,分析图书馆管理权行使与读者使用图书资料权的冲突。从法律的层面上分析图书馆行使部分管理权利时没有法律依据及图书馆管理权的缺陷 。 This paper discusses the legal gist and conflict of the authority of the library and the usufruct of readers.It analyzes the problems induced by the deficiency of legal gist in library operation.Then some suggestions are advanced to solve these problems.
