摘　　要： 本文通过分析北京理工大学非英语专业学生在外语学习方面的个体差异和需要,从个性化教学和因材施教理念的视角,透视在网络教学环境下大学英语课程教学体系、教学模式和教学方法改革的主要特点,探索新的教学模式对因材施教、提高大学英语教学效果的作用。 Based on the analysis of non-English major students individual differences and needs, this paper attempts to reflect the main features of the teaching and learning framework, teaching and learning mode and teaching methodology reform of college English under Internet-based teaching environment. It also aims to find out the effects of new teaching mode on the improvement of college English teaching that is tailored to students needs.
