摘 要: 通过认知训练方法调动学生积极思维,体脑并用,用正确的程序性知识指导练习,以期达到提高背越式跳高技术教学效果之目的。实验证明:认知训练应用于背越式跳高技术教学中,是能够促进学生对动作的认知和掌握的。 The cognitive training method is adopted to mobiiize students' activethinking and to bring their bodies and minds into full play, and training exercises areguided with proper programmatic knowledge, in order to achieve the objective tQ improvethe teaching effect of the back-style high jump techniques. The experiment proves thatthe application of the cognitive training method to teaching the back-style high jumpskills is able to promote students' cognition and mastery of movemets.
