摘　　要： 苏辙的民本理念萌生于家庭教养中,并逐渐形成伦理关系和睦、顺民心所向、不侵民利、变革利民的民本思想。苏辙从政后,民本思想影响着其政治实践,突出表现在元祐年间其在废除新法和赈灾问题中的民本实践。苏辙无论坚持革除新法,还是主张予以部分新法生存空间,都以百姓利益和安稳生活为评判标准,非盲目趋附旧党。赈灾问题上,苏辙关注到政治管理和吏治对赈灾工作的影响,意图迅速解灾情影响下的民生之困。即使贬任汝州,苏辙依旧坚持为政利民的政治初心,将民本关怀延续到其政治实践之中。 Su Zhe’s people-oriented concept was born in family upbringing, and gradually formed the people-oriented thought of harmonious ethical relationship, obeying people’s wishes, not infringing on people’s interests, and making changes to benefit the people. After Su Zhe was engaged in politics, the people-oriented thought influenced his political practice, which was prominently manifested in Su Zhe’s people-oriented practice in the abolition of Wang Anshi’s reforms and disaster relief during the Yuanyou period. Whether Su Zhe insists on abolishing the Wang Anshi’s reforms or advocates giving some living space to the Wang Anshi’s reforms, his judgement was based on the people’s benefit and the stable life, and he is not blindly attached to the old party. On the issue of disaster relief, Su Zhe paid attention to the impact of political management and official management on disaster relief work, and he intended to quickly solve the difficulties of people’s livelihood stricken by the disaster. Even though he was demoted to Ruzhou, Su Zhe still adhered to his original political aspiration of serving the government and benefiting the people, and continued the concern for the people in his political practice.
