摘　　要： "您"字最早见于南宋、金时期(12世纪)文献,是"你们"的合音,表示第二人称复数,带有北方色彩。向南传播过程中,"您"开始表示单数,并且逐步占据优势,出现单复数混用状态。从元代开始,"您+亲属词"表示他称带有尊敬意义,并且获得社会一致认同。明清时期,"您"从"您+亲属词"结构中脱落,开始分担尊敬意义。至迟在清末,"您"表示尊称形成。民国以后,"您"表示尊称在北京话中使用就很常见了,直至发展为现代汉语普通话中表示第二人称尊称的代词。 The Chinese V-address （nin） appeared as early as South Song and Jin Dynasty （12 A. D. ） as the combination of plural T-address （nimen） referring the second plural pronoun with strong North dialect feature. In the process of diffusion,＂ nin＂ became to refer to single sec- ond pronoun with priority. Since Yuan time,＂ nin ＋ relative＂ was used to refer the third pronoun as a V-address. Qing time saw the drop of ＂nin＂ from ＂nin ＋ relative＂ referring to the respect address. At the late Qing,＂nin＂ was used as V-address and at the early republic period ＂nin＂ has been popular used in Beijing dialect till now.
