摘 要: 【目的/意义】随着信息技术的发展,人们在日常工作和生活中面临诸多网络风险,如社交网络上的谣言传播、互联网上的计算机病毒感染等。为检测和控制网络风险,传统的做法是对网络用户进行监控。但是由于成本和用户隐私问题,对全网用户进行监控是不切实际的。如何通过监控部分用户的状态信息来估计不受监控用户的安全状态至关重要。【方法/过程】通过获取一小部分网络用户的安全状态信息来估计网络中其他用户的安全状态,从而可以确定网络风险的传播范围,迅速有效地保护高风险用户。【结果/结论】实验结果证明本文所提方法对网络用户风险评估非常接近于真实情况。基于该风险评估方法和实验数据,进而探讨了网络风险的抑制对策,为政府制定相关政策和法规提供了理论依据及建议。 [Purpose/significance]With the development of information technology, there are lots of network risks in people' s daily life, such as rumors spread in social networks and computer virus in the Internet. To evaluate and control these risks, traditional solution is to supervise network users, but it is not feasible to supervise all of the users due to the privacy problem and the high supervision cost. Therefore, how to evaluate the whole users' states via a few of users' states is important. [ Method/process ] In this paper, we analyze the information from a small part of users to evaluate the security states of other users in the networks, so the propagation range of the risk can be determined and the susceptible high-risk users can be protected. [Result/conclusion]The experiment results show that the valuation results are quite close to the reality. Based on the evaluation method and experiment results, the risk controlling policy is discussed to provide theoretical basis and suggestion for the government.
