摘 要: 直接上变频发射机具有结构简单、性能稳定、容易集成等特点,被广泛应用于射频集成电路中。本文分析了两个振荡源之间、单独振荡源频率牵引效应的产生及干扰信号对振荡器频率响应的影响,介绍了克服或减小频率牵引效应产生的新结构或电路,为设计抑制直接上变频器频率牵引效应电路提供借鉴。 Direct up-conversion transmitter is widely used in radio frequency integrated circuits because of its simple structure,stable performance and easy integration.This paper analyses the generation of frequency traction effect between two oscillators and single oscillator,analyses the influence of interference signal on frequency response of oscillator,introduces a new structure or circuit to overcome or reduce the frequency traction effect,which provides a reference for the design of the circuit to suppress the frequency traction effect of direct up-converter.
