摘　　要： 2003年以来,美国对华直接投资持续下滑,美国在中国利用外资中的地位不断下降,这不利于优化中国外商投资的来源结构,也不利于中国承接美国的产业转移。本文试图研究入世后美国在华直接投资的变化情况,并对今后扩大利用美资提出对策建议。 From 2003, the direct investment from U.S.A. to China declined steadily. And the position of U.S.A. in the FDI in China also downgraded. This paper tries to analyze the situation of direct investment from U.S.A. to China after China＇ WTO entry and give some suggestions for promoting the direct investment from U.S.A. to China.
