摘　　要： 广州咨询业目前还处于起步阶段,在管理、行业规范、信息搜集手段、人员素质、业务层次等方面存在着不少问题。入世有利于扩大咨询市场,同时也为人才培养和引进先进的管理经验创造了条件。为此,政府应对咨询业给予大力扶植并完善其管理体制,咨询企业则应着力开拓中小企业、跨国公司市场,加强战略合作并提高人员素质。 Consultant service in Guangzhou is now in its beginning stages.It has many problems in standard,administration,means of information collection,quality of personnel,type of business.China's accession to the WTO provides an opportunity for expanding the consulting market.Thus,the government should support the development of consultant service and improve the regulatory system.The comsulting companies should explore the market of medium and small-sized enterprises and multinational enterprises,strengthen the strategic corporation and improve the quality of their staffs.
