摘　　要： 企业作为一个生产经营单位,其活动是系列行为的组合。传统的方法是从单个企业出发来分析企业的行为和竞争优势,而在网络组织的背景下,对企业行为的分析应采取一种整体分析方法。研究表明,网络组织中的成员企业的行为将受到自我约束、群体约束、关系锁定及第三方仲裁的影响,与此相应,其行为表现出合作、选择和排他的特征。 As a unit of manufacture and management,the enterprise＇s activity is a combination of different behaviors.The traditional method of analyzing the enterprise＇s behaviors and competition advantage is through the path of single organization, but in the context of network organization, the analysis of enterprise behavior should be a view of systems analysis.The research holds that the enterprise behaviors in the network organization are influenced by the self-restriction, colony-restriction,relation locking and the third party arbitrage ,which means its behaviors display the characteristic of cooperation, selection and exclusion.
