摘　　要： 毛泽东对利用和发展民族资本主义的思想,主要表现为:认为民族资本主义的存在和发展是中国社会的一大进步,要发展有利于社会主义的民族资本主义。但由于时代条件的限制,毛泽东在对待民族资本主义问题上曾一度存在矛盾认识,提出了既发展资本主义又消灭资本主义的思想观点,并深深地影响到新中国成立后经济社会的发展。 Mao＇s thought on utilizing and developing national capitalism can be presented as follows ： he regarded the existence and development of the national capitalism as a great progress of China and he believed that it could be transformed to benefit the socialism. Nevertheless, to the limit of the times , Mao had once made contradictory judgements on national capitalism so as to propose to develop it as well as exterminate it simultaneously, which deeply influenced the economic development of our newly founded country.
