摘　　要： 在大学生党员数量迅速增加的形势下,加强对大学生党员的教育是保证党员质量的必然要求。大学生党员教育的传统理念已经无法适应新形势的要求,高校党组织和党务干部必须与时俱进地确立以人为本,以党员为主体的教育理念。 With the growing number of party members of university students,it is vital for us to enhance the education of party members of university students, which is necessary requirement to guarantee the quality of party members. The traditional concept of education of party members of university students has been unable to meet the demand of new situation. Colleges and Universities party organizations and party cadres must be timely equipped with the educational concept of people - oriented and party number - oriented as well.
