摘　　要： 法官退休制度是法官制度的重要组成部分。我国法官退休一直沿用行政人员的退休制度,存在诸多严重的问题。根据法官职业的特殊性,从加强法官队伍建设和防治司法腐败的需要出发,我国应尽快建立健全法官退休制度,包括完善法官退休方式、提高退休法官的物质待遇、规定退休法官的政治待遇、创新退休法官的管理机制、合理开发退休法官的智力资源等。 The judges retirement system is an important component of the judges system. China＇ s judges retirement system has always been used the administration personnel retirement system, there are many serious problems. According to the specificity of career, and to strengthen the contingent of judges from the building and control the needs of judicial corruption,China should establish a sound retirement system for judges, including improving the way of the judges retirement and the material treatment of retired judges, provisions the political treatment of the retired judge, bring about management mechanism of the retired judge,rational development the intellectual resources of the retired judge.
