摘　　要： 近二十年来,我国法律职业共同体建设稳步推进,取得了一定成效,逐渐形成了具有中国特色的和多元化的建设模式,但仍存在着范围界定不统一、法律职业组织的自治度不高、各法律职业的伦理规范差距较大等诸多问题。对此,应当采取有力的对策措施,包括合理界定法律职业共同体的范围、加强法律职业共同体建设的顶层设计、提高法律职业组织的自治度、优化法律职业间的互动交流机制、构建统一的法律职业伦理等,以促进我国法律职业共同体的建设和发展。 Over the past two decades,the construction of China’s legal professional community has steadily been advanced,achieving the certain progress while gradually establishing the construction mode with Chinese characteristics and diversification.However,there are still many problems such as the inconsistency in the definition of scope,the low degree of autonomy of legal professional organizations and the wide gap in the ethical norms of different legal professions.In this regard,in order to promote the construction and development of the legal professional community in China,effective countermeasures should be taken,which involve defining the scope of the legal profession community rationally,strengthening the top-level design of the legal profession community construction,improving the autonomy of legal profession organizations,optimizing the interaction mechanism between legal professions,and building the unified ethics for legal professions.
