摘　　要： 后金融危机时代,围绕国际规则、标准制定权、定价权的较量举足轻重,这必将对广东加快转变经济发展方式、争创科学发展新优势提出了更高、更紧迫的要求。广东作为我国外贸的重要省份,应大胆探索、先行先试,尽快实现从国际规则的执行者到制定者的转变,努力争取大宗商品定价权和标准制定权,力争使广东成为我国参与和制定国际规则的"试验场",从而提升广东可持续发展的国际竞争力。 In the post financial crisis era, with the ever-fierce contention for the right of rule making, criteria setting, and price fixing of international commodities, a much higher request is brought up for the transformation of economic development pattern and more advantages of scientific development. Guangdong, as a key province of China＇s foreign trade, should bravely be the first explorer in the transformation from an executor to a maker of international rules and standards as soon as possible, willing to gain the price-fixing and criteria-setting right of bulk stock, and to launch the experimental practice of participating into the international rule-making sector, so as to promote Guangdong＇s competitiveness of sustainable development in the international market.
