摘　　要： 明代中后期广东海防体制运作中的政治较量及人事纠葛是左右时局发展、影响海防战斗力的关键因素。在嘉靖末至隆庆初年征剿海寇曾一本的过程中,广东当局内部官员将领之间不仅猜忌攻讦,对外与福建省在合作剿寇问题上也相互推诿,难以协调。其面临的海防挑战突出表现在剿抚策略摇摆不定、军备不足、事权不一、军情传递不畅等诸多方面。事件的发展一波三折,更清晰地折射出具体人事对制度和战事的动态影响。 Guangdong government had to cope with the thrilling challenges from the Zeng Yiben event, which lasted several years in the middle and late Ming dynasty and devastated many coastal areas. In order to deal with the pirates, the government had to promptly carry out the measures of mobilization. However, the internal contradic-tion in Guangdong officials, and the external conflicts between Guangdong and Fujian provinces all profoundly hindered process of settling the event. Through the investigation on the event process the author reveal the im-portance of political problems in Guangdong coast defense system.
