摘　　要： 在休闲度假旅游已经成为未来我国旅游发展趋势的情况下,对于民宿在传统观光旅游向休闲度假旅游转型中起的作用却一直处于研究的空白。因此,在对民宿的形成、民宿的动机和获得体验论述的基础上,文章以周庄为例探讨了民宿在观光旅游到休闲度假旅游转型中的作用,并对周庄民宿业的推广提出了相关建议。 There is no study about the role played by home stay in the transform from traditional sightseeing tour to leisure ＆ vacation tourism under the condition of leisure ＆ vacation tourism is the trend of future tourism in China. On the basis of the formation of home stay, tourist＇s motivation to choose home stay and their experience in home stay, this article explores significance of home stay to the transform from traditional tourism to leisure ＆ vacation tourism illustrated by the case of Zhouzhuang, and proposes some related suggestions to the development of home stay in Zhouzhuang.
