摘　　要： 国内中心城市人才的状况和水平受到城市发展阶段、产业结构及社会发展水平等因素的影响。当前,在国内经济社会转型的关键时期,制约中心城市人才发展的瓶颈主要表现在观念意识、体制机制、服务支撑体系和人才载体4个方面。以珠海经济特区为例,围绕上述4个方面展开深入、系统的研究,提出从突破制约因素入手,通过制度和体制机制创新、服务支撑体系构建、文化环境和氛围营造、人才培养教育模式创新、人才引进渠道拓展等策略手段解决中心城市多维度的人才需求问题。 The condition of talented people in China^s central cities is affected by developing stage, industrial structure and society development level. In the crucial period of economic and society transition, four aspects of factors are now restric- ting the talent development in China＇s central cities： mentality, institution, service supporting system and talent carrier. This essay takes Zhuhai Special Economic Zone as an example and, pivoting on the stated themes, presents in depth analy- ses and a systematic research to start from breaking through the restrictive factors, and solve the central cities＇multi--di- mensional demand of talents through various methods. These methods include institutional innovation, the construction of a service supporting system, the cultivation of cultural environment and atmosphere, the exploration of education mode and the expansion of the introduction channel of talented people.
