摘　　要： 现代经济增长理论表明,经济增长因素的异质性是多样化的,既来自于要素投入,也来自于影响因素的差异性。构建一个经济增长分析框架,将经济增长因素区分为投入要素和影响因素,并以索洛模型为基础,对2000-2012年广东地市级面板数据进行实证分析。研究发现,广东区域市场一体化建设不足,基础设施建设对经济增长的作用显著,财政收入对经济增长的挤出效应明显,欠发地区要素投入表现不足并且全要素生产率整体显著低于珠三角地区,人力资本积累对欠发达地区经济增长效应显著。 Modern economic growth theory suggests that the heterogeneity of economic growth factors are diverse, because of both different factor inputs and different influencing factors. In order to investigate the influence of different factors on economic growth, this paper constructs a framework for the analysis of economic growth, dividing economic growth factors into factor inputs and influencing factors. Based on Solow model, it empirically analyzes the municipal panel data of Guangdong province between 2000 and 2012. The study finds that factor inputs and influencing factors of the Guangdong province-wide, Pearl River Delta area and non-Pearl River Delta area perform both similar and different influences on economic growth, which have extensive policy implications.
