摘　　要： 21世纪是知识主导稀有资源配置的时代,知识管理组织是最具活力和最能体现先进生产力的原生态载体——知识人价值的生态环境组织。知识管理研究的出发点是知识人如何动态组织整合知识资源,达到降低成本、资本增值的目的。实现这一目的需要知识人在知识管理组织过程中扮演多重角色转换来完成。 21 century is a time which knowledge determines the distribution of rare resource.Organiztions of intellec- tual management,are the most energetic and could embody the advanced productive forces best,which are the en- tironment organization of intelligentsia values.The aim of intellectual management is that intelligentsia reduces cost and realizes capital increment by dynamicly integrating knowledge resource.To living up the above aim,it requires intelligentsia to take many kinds of roles in the process of intellectual management.
