摘　　要： 人民团体融入城市社会治理的内在逻辑是:人民团体对城市社会协调发展具有重要作用;人民团体正面临机遇挑战存在不进则退危险;人民团体是城市社会治理现代化的重要基石。理性定位是:强化政治性,以联系群众维护大局为神圣使命;强化先进性,以参公管理桥梁纽带为基本属性;强化群众性,以维护群众合法权益为根本职能。主要路径是:政社分开权责明确实现依法自治;在社会调节居民自治中引领施治;在党委领导政府主导下协同善治。 As for the people＇ s organizations integration into urban social governance, the inner logic is that people＇ s organizations play an important role on re＇ban sodal harmonious development, are facing the danger of advancing or going back and are the important cornerstone of the urban social governance modernization. The rational positioning of people＇ s organizations includes：strengthening political advanced and mass, contacting the masses to maintain the overall situation as sacred mission, being the bridge of public management as basic attribute, and maintaining the legitimate rights and interests of the nasses as fundamental function . The main integration paths are： achieving autonomy in accordance with the law based on the principle of community-government separation and clarity of responsibility, leading the enforcement of governance bases on the social adjustment and the residents＇ autonomy, collaborating good governance based on the leadership of the Party and the government.
