摘　　要： 文章利用中山大学珠三角外来务工人员的问卷调查数据,运用Logit模型,对影响农民工留城意愿的因素进行实证分析。实证研究发现:居住分层中住房产权拥有程度与农民工的留城意愿显著正相关。个人租房比单位租房农民工的留城意愿高8.16个百分点,而自购住房比单位租房农民工的留城意愿高29.87个百分点。因此,推进城镇化过程中,应在尊重农民工留城意愿的基础上,重点通过完善阶梯式多层次居住模式和建立多元保障性住房供给系统等方式来实现其永久定居。 Based on the questionnaire surveys of migrant workers in Pearl River Delta in July 2009, this paper apply the Logistic model to analyze the factors that influence the settlement intentions of migrant workers, especially the factor of the residential stratification. The empirical results showed that the stratification of residential housing is positively related to the settlement intensions of migrant workers. Specifically, the percentage of settlement intensions of migrant workers who live in collective dormitory is 8. 16% lower than who live in the personal rental, and is 29.87% lower than who live in self- purchased housing. Therefore, promoting the process of urbanization, we should respect migrants＇ settlement intensions and achieve the goal of their permanent settlement by improving the multi -level residential pattern and establishing a multiple security housing supply system.
