摘　　要： 虚拟企业的任务分配与协调是其运做过程中的关键步骤 .根据虚拟企业生产总任务的分解、协调及冲突谈判的研究思路 ,提出了一个虚拟企业生产计划模型和一种新的虚拟企业的任务分配与协调技术 . The task allocation and harmonizing of the virtual enterprise is the key step of the virtual enterprise. Bases on thought of the research for the general production task allocation, harmonizing and conflict negotiate of the virtual enterprise, bring forward a production plan model and a new technology of the task allocation and harmonizing of the virtual enterprise.
