摘　　要： 提出了具有风险规避者加盟的供应链协作收益共享机制,分别给出了零售商为风险中性及风险规避者时收益共享系数协商区间。采用数值实验方法,对所提出的收益共享机制进行了分析。结果表明,供应商采用收益共享机制可使整个供应链得到协调;在收益共享契约机制中供应商制定的批发价格要低于它的生产成本,而且当零售商为风险规避者时,它将期望供应商给予较低的批发价格,而宁愿让供应商获取较大的供应链销售收入份额。 To study the incentive problem of supply chain collaboration with retailers of risk evader, a revenue sharing mechanism is submitted. The negotiation interval of benefit sharing coefficient with retailers of both risk neutral and risk evader is also recommended respectively. The feasibility and efficiency of the benefit sharing mechanism is manifested by numerical test. The results show that suppliers can coordinate the revenue of the whole supply chain by using revenue sharing mechanism. Under revenue sharing mechanism, the wholesales price made by suppliers will be lower than the products＇ producing cost, when retailers are risk evaders, they would rather let suppliers gain more larger sales share than get higher wholesales price from suppliers.
