摘　　要： 用于解决风险型决策的传统方法有 :期望值原则、最小方差原则、标准差系数原则、满意原则及最大可能原则等五种方法 ,但采用不同的方法得到的结果并不完全相同。为了克服传统方法的不足之处 。 The application of conventional methods in the risk\|decision\|making include expected value principle, minimum variance principle, minimum risk\|coefficient principle and others, but the results of each method are not uniform. In order to overcome the defect of conventional methods, the project queuing method based on evaluating relative position is proposed to solve the risk\|decision\|making problem.
