摘　　要： 哈贝马斯在其公共领域理论中虽然也看到权力和金钱对自由交流的影响,但他认为这只是资本的介入和传媒自身组织化程度的提高的结果,其负面影响可以被公共领域在很大程度上过滤掉。而在鲍德里亚看来,现代公共领域的症结在于,大众媒体为了"公共性"生产"公共性",这导致公共话语丧失了真实的语用学功能,变成了真假难辨的仿真的公共性。 Although Habermas finds the influence of power and money on free communication in his theory public sphere, he only admits that this is the result of the promotion of the intervention of capital and the degree of the organization of the media, whose negative effect can be filtered in the public sphere to a great extent. But to Baudrillard, the problem of modern public sphere is that mass media produces＂publicity＂for the sake of＂publicity＂, which leads public speech to lose its real pragmatic function and becomes a simulated publicity hard to be differentiated.
