摘 要: 职业学校"教学名师"对教师群体的专业发展具有引领、示范和辐射的重要作用。其特有素质应建基于职业学校教师"专业标准"规定的基本素质和普通学校"教学名师"的优秀素质之上,还应该符合职业教育对教师素质的特殊要求等,这是"教学名师"素质推衍的逻辑起点。"教学名师"素质内涵丰富,具有融于"专业信念"之中的道德之爱,基于企业历练的实践智慧,"为学而教"的教学理念与行为,改变专业境遇的"自我研究"能力,"自我更新"的终身学习力以及引领"团队发展"的奉献精神。 The"distinguished teacher"in vocational school plays an important role for the professional development of teachers' group in leading,demonstrating and radiating.His or her unique quality should be built on the basis of basic quality which has been stipulated by teachers' "professional standards"of vocational school and excellent quality which"distinguished teacher"of ordinary school has,should also be in line with specific requirements which vocational education puts forward for teacher's quality.That is the logical starting point of quality derivation of the "distinguished teacher".The quality of"distinguished teacher"has a rich content,including the moral love melting in the professional"faith",practical wisdom based on the experiences in the enterprises,teaching philosophy and behavior of"teaching for the learning",the ability of"self study"to change the situation of one's major,the lifelong learning ability of"self-renewal"and the spirit of dedication of leading"team development".
