摘 要: 农村转移劳动力作为我国社会发展过程中出现的一个特殊群体,其生存境遇与发展瓶颈已经引起了多方面的普遍关注。教育学者从人力资本状况、促进转移的教育与培训实施策略等多个视角已经对城市化进程中农村转移劳动力教育与培训进行了一些研究,但是从农村转移劳动力个体身心特点、发展诉求,以及社会现代化发展对个体素质现代化的要求来看,我国农村转移劳动力教育与培训的已有研究在关于教育与培训对象的针对性、社会发展对教育与培训的影响性、教育与培训实施的系统性几个方面尚存在问题,值得我们深刻反思和重新建构。 The labors transferring from rural area to the city is one of the feature of the development of the urbanization. As a special group of the society, the survival conditions and development barriers of the transferring rural labors become the studied object. Researchers have studied the education and training of transferred rural labors in the process of urbanization from the perspective of the situation of human capital and strategies of education and training which promote the transferrence, etc. However, observing from such aspects as the physical and mental features of individuals, pursuit for development of the transferred rural labor and the demand of development of social modernization on the modernization of individual qualities we find that there still exist problems in the extant researches on the education and training of transferred rural labors such as directness of education and training objects, the influence of social development on education and training and the systematicity of the education and training. We need to rethink and reconstruct on the focus, influence and system of the educational research.
