摘 要: 教师专业自主权是衡量教师专业发展水平的重要标准之一。文章论述了中等职业学校实践课教师专业自主权的内涵,并从唤醒专业自主发展意识、实现赋权增能、强化专业认同三方面论述了中职实践课教师专业自主权的实现策略。 The theory of teacher autonomy is one of the important criteria which determine the level of teacher professional development.In this paper,it discusses the conception of practical teacher's autonomy in secondary vocational schools and its strategies of implementation from the aspects of waking-up the development of professional autonomy,achieving the empowerment,strengthening the professional identity.
