摘　　要： 职业学校"教学名师"的培养与成长对于职业教育"双师型"教师队伍建设具有示范和引领作用。职业学校"教学名师"具有敬业--崇高的职业教育信仰、兢业--全身心投入教学事业的奉献精神、精业--精湛细腻的教学艺能等特质。 The cultivation and growth of ＂distinguished teachers＂ have a demonstrated and leading function for the construction of ＂two qualified teachers＂ of vocational education. The ＂distinguished teachers＂ have many special qualities including dedication, noble vocational educational belief, devotion, the spirit of devoting to teaching career, proficiency and teaching arts.
