摘　　要： 对企业行为的道德评判应遵循生产力发展和社会主义道德体系所确定的善恶标准。具体包括 :企业行为必须符合社会主义功利主义原则 ,企业行为必须符合承担社会责任的原则 ,企业行为必须符合尊重人性的原则 ,企业行为必须符合可持续发展的原则。 The moral judgment on the enterprises behavior should accord with the development of productive forces and the stmdards ofsocialist morality system. The enterprises behavior should be conformed to the principle of socialist utilitarianism, the principle of bearing the social responsibility, the principle of respecting human nature, and the principle of sustainable development.
