摘　　要： “两课”是高职院校的重要课程之一,而提高“两课”教学质量的关键是教师。高职院校“两课”教师的基本素质应该是:具有先进的教育观念;具有广博厚实的专业知识;具有较丰富的自然和人文科学知识;具有较强的理论联系实际的能力;具有了解学生思想动态的方法和技巧;精通“两课”教育教学理论;具有较强的科学研究能力;具有一定的职业技术能力。 Two-Course' is one of the important courses in the HVEI. The key factor of increasing the 'Two-Course' teaching quality is the teacher. The basic qualities of the teachers teaching the 'Two-Course' are the following: have advanced teaching thought; possess extensive and profound professional knowledge; have abundant natural and social scientific knowledge; possess the stronger abilities to combine the theory and the practice; have the ways and skills of finding out the students' thought trend; master the theories of the 'Two-Course' education and teaching; possess stronger ability of scientific research; have necessary abilities of vocational technologies etc.
