摘 要: 在非义务教育阶段,我们不可把教育机会平等简单地理解为一切人皆具有同等的教育机会。如果教育机会无限多,无疑可以不加限制地满足任何人,但如果教育机会有限,则显然不可能均等地给予一切人。只有在教育机会有限,只能把教育机会给予某些人而不能给予所有人的情况下,才可能发出教育机会平等的诉求。探讨教育机会平等,即是探讨在教育机会有限的情况下,如何才能做到教育机会平等。 We can't interpret the educational opportunity in the non-compulsory education period simply as everyone having the same educational opportunity or everyone having all the educational opportunities. If we have infinite educational opportunities, then we can offer them to anyone without any limit, but if educational opportunities are limited, then we can' t offer them to everyone evenly. Only when we have limited educational opportunities which are accessible to some people but not to all the people, will there be the demand for equal educational opportunity. Therefore, by the equal educational opportunity, we mean to explore how to realize the equal educational opportunity under the condition of limited educational opportunities.
