摘　　要： 教育制度是一个含括范围极广的概念 ,但它也不可能囊括一切。人们在理解和界定教育制度的时候 ,常常忽视了对教育制度概念的边界和外延的确定 ,把许多非教育制度的因素放进教育制度规定性的范围中去 ,结果使讨论出现了一些不必要的混乱。对教育制度与非教育制度的界分 ,对教育制度不是什么的限定 ,都是我们从理论上科学把握教育制度内涵所必须做的。 The institution of education is a concept with wide scope. It can't include everything. While people define it,they often ignore to define its border and extension. Then many un-educational factors are included in it. Thereby unnecessary confusion is arisen. In order to master scientificly the connotation of the institution of education in terms of theory,we must distingruish the institution of education from the institution of un-education and define what is not the institution of education.
