摘 要: 本研究从个体特质和组织环境感知两个视角对心理资本、创新氛围感知、知识分享意愿与员工创新行为之间的作用机理进行探究。对310名在职员工的问卷调查结果表明:心理资本、创新氛围感知、知识分享意愿均会对员工创新行为产生正向的影响;心理资本、创新氛围感知对知识分享意愿有着正向影响作用;知识分享意愿在心理资本、创新氛围感知对员工创新行为的影响中起着部分中介作用。 Combining the two perspectives of individual characteristics and organization environment perception, this study focuses on the influence of psychological capital, innovation climate perception and knowledge sharing willingness on creative behavior. This paper gets 310 employees mainly from the industry in south of China randomly as the research sample to do the empirical study and uses struc- ture equation model to discover how psychological capital, innovation climate perception, knowledge sharing willingness and creative behavior interact within employees. The result supports the following assumptions. Psychological capital, innovation climate perception and knowledge sharing willingness are all positively related to creative behavior. Besides, psychological capital and innovation climate perception have positively relationship with knowledge sharing willingness. What's more, knowledge sharing willingness mediates the re- lationship between psychological capital, innovation climate perception and creative behavior.
