摘 要: 通过问卷调查法获得301份有效问卷,运用层次回归分析方法实证检验了家长式领导、知识共享意愿与组织效能间的关系。结果表明:(1)家长式领导对组织效能的直接效应显著,其中,权威领导对组织效能有着负向的直接影响,仁慈领导和德行领导对组织效能有着显著的正向促进作用;(2)知识共享意愿对组织效能有较高的促进作用;(3)知识共享意愿在仁慈领导和德行领导与组织效能间的关系中发挥部分中介作用,而在权威领导与组织效能之间没有发挥显著的中介效应。 The thesis is based on 301 valid questionnaires, and it selects paternalistic leadership with Chinese characteris- tics, knowledge sharing intention, and organizational effectiveness as the research object. And then it examines the under- lying assumptions through multiple regression analysis. Regression analysis showed that: firstly, the direct effects of pater- nalistic leadership on organizational effectiveness is remarkable. Namely, authoritarianism leadership has significantly nega- tive effectiveness on organizational effectiveness; however, benevolence leadership and moral leadership have significantly positive effectiveness on organizational effectiveness. Secondly, there are significant positive effectiveness of knowledge sha- ring intention on organizational effectiveness. Lastly, knowledge sharing intention emerges as a partial mediator between be- nevolence leadership and organizational effectiveness, also between moral leadership and organizational effectiveness. And knowledge sharing intention isn' t mediated between authoritarianism leadership and organizational effectiveness.
