摘　　要： 本文以我国华北、东北、华东、中南、西南、西北六大区域1998～2006年的相关数据为样本,分别基于静态面板模型和动态面板模型的分析框架,实证研究了我国区域教育经费投入对高等教育规模影响的作用。研究结果表明,教育经费投入对高等教育规模增长的贡献具有一定的滞后效应;从动态角度来看,上年高等教育规模对当年高等教育规模也存在明显的促进作用;从面板数据模型中,还可以发现各区域的教育经费投入对高等教育规模的促进作用是有差异的。本研究分析了以上现象的原因,并在此基础上对我国高等教育发展提出了建议和启示。 Adopting both the Static and Dynamic Panel Models, this paper carries out an empirical research on the relationship between regional educational fund input and higher education scale based on the statistics of 6 major regions in China from 1998 to 2006. The results indicate that the impact of educational fund on higher education scale is a little hysteretic. From dynamic perspective, last year＇s higher education scale plays an obvious role in promoting that of this year. It can be seen from the Panel Data Modal that the effects of regional educational fund input on higher education scale are different. Finally, the paper analyzes the causes of such phenomenon and provides some positive implications and suggestions for Chinds higher education development.
